“The number of bartenders needed for a 100 guest celebration within Sitka depends upon the number of cocktails, complexity of cocktails, and guest preferences.

It is recommended to have 1 bartender for each 50 – 75 guests. For 100 attendees, having 2 bartenders make service faster. You need more when you have a complex drink menu or would like things to move more quickly.”

There is no required tip. However, we can appear without a tip jar for events that tip 10% of the total bar costs.
