Event Preparation and Setup

 

Will my bartender arrive early?

Yes, staff arrive 60-90 minutes before the event start time to set up the bar. This setup time is not included in the hours of bartending service you book.

What does your bar look like?

We offer a 4 to 6-foot bar table with fitted linen, available in six colors:

  • Black, white, or custom colors.
    The setup includes a stainless steel straw holder, garnish bowl, napkin holder, and dual drink stations for one or two bartenders. This bar can be rented for $100.

What will you bring to my event?

Regardless of the package chosen, we provide essential bar tools, including:

  • Wine key, bottle openers, spill mats, pour spouts, cocktail shakers, cutting board, knife, ice bucket, and scoop.

Do you provide ice, cups, and mixers?

We offer customizable packages. You can provide the necessary items, or we can supply them as part of our add-on services. View our packages here: Bartending Packages.

Beverage Planning and Execution

Do you provide alcohol?

Yes! We in many of out locations partner with a licensed alcohol delivery service to offer tiered packages:

  • Economy, Premium, and Top Shelf.
    Learn more about our alcohol packages here.
  • Be cautious.  Please know that liquor providers must be licensed in the town of alcohol sales.  Deluxe, nor likely any bartending service, is a licensed liquor store.   This is where partnering is needed.

Can your bartenders make signature cocktails?

Definitely! We can help you choose signature or themed cocktails for your event. Our bartenders will come prepared to craft your selected drinks and provide a suggested shopping list based on your guest count. See cocktail ideas here: Signature Cocktails.

Do you offer an alcohol shopping list calculator?

Yes, we assist in estimating the types and quantities of liquor, wine, beer, and champagne needed for your event based on guest count.

Deluxe Bartending Service is a premier bartending service.  It started in 2012.  The company began as a result of LBS Bartending School, using it’s mature, experienced teachers to service events.

Deluxe continues to offer the most well-trained bartenders.

What factors affect the cost of your services?

Pricing is determined by:

  • Number of guests
  • Hours of service required
  • Add-ons selected

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits and payments are 100% refundable up to two weeks prior to the event.   A cancellation fee will apply, if cancelled within 14 days of the event. If you need to cancel or postpone, we honor your deposit as a store credit for one calendar year, applicable to future bookings.

What happens if my bartender doesn’t show up?

In rare emergencies, we have backup staff in every region. If backup staff are unavailable, we will fully refund your payment (including deposit) on the same day.

How do I pay the deposit?

A $150 minimum deposit secures your booking. Payment options include:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via our website)
  • PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo

The remaining balance is due the week of your event. Cash payments are not accepted.

Insurance, Certification, and Compliance

 

Do you carry liquor liability insurance?

Yes, we carry Liquor Liability Insurance, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation, with coverage up to $2 million. Proof of insurance is available upon request at no additional charge, and we can list your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance (COI).  Read more about our insurance here.

Are your bartenders and servers certified?

Absolutely! All bartenders and servers are certified through ServSafe®, ABC, TIPS, or an equivalent state program. These certifications ensure compliance with food and beverage safety standards and are accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.

Can you provide a W9?

Yes, a W9 will be provided to all companies upon request

Can you provide an invoice?

Not a problem,

Do you accept post-service payment?

Post-service payment is considered on a case-by-case basis.  The decision is determined by the credit-worthiness of the organization or business.
