Generally, you could prepare for each visitor to have about 1 to 1.5 drinks each hour. For example, if you are planning a 4 hour wedding celebration and expect every guest having 2 alcoholic beverages each hour, you would need somewhere around 800 to 1,200 beverages altogether.
